Our Story

For over ten years, the founders of Instill Education: The Right Reverend Dave and his wife, Jennifer, have been deeply involved in the whiskey industry.

As Executive Bourbon Stewards certified by the Stave and Thief Society and the state of Kentucky, they have organized numerous events and tastings for a long list of companies, bars, restaurants, and private groups eager to learn and enjoy whiskey.

The Edinburgh Whisky Academy has granted us certifications in Single Malt Whisky and designated them as Whisky Ambassadors for Scotch Whisky in New Jersey.

Recently, we achieved their Level 3 certifications as whiskey sommeliers, further solidifying their expertise. 

In short, we are passionate whiskey nerds who can chat endlessly about their favorite spirit.
